About a racist family I know
In which bigotry is always on show
Every time they meet

They'll respect your opinion
As long as it's the same as theirs
They don't like blacks or gays
And arabs make them scared
They make them scared
'Cause Le Pen said they're everywhere
Imposing muslim values from elsewhere
And they should go back there
Back where ?
Most of them are from here daft square

Well you know it's hard enough just being human
And gettin' through life without committing crime
Without adding on racist baggage
That belongs back in neanderthal times
'Cause those grotty ideas
Born in grottoes and very ill-gotten
Are just rotten mind crimes

« I'm not racist but... » 
Then follow up with a spiel of ignorant racist rot ?
Well that's typical of
A racist family I know
In which reason goes right out the window
Every time they speak

Contradictin' racists is a waste of breath
They'll label you an idealist
Or an outsider at best
I'm sick to death
Of a racist family I know

Racists pedallin' values make me laugh like a drain
Consumed by hatred and issues
They seek to apportion blame
And guess who they blame
Immigrants they can pick on
And beat like piñata dolls with names
So they can feel strong

It doesn't take any racists
To change a lightbulb here's why
'Cause racists have to desire
To be enlightened that's why I said goodbye
To a racist family I knew
Who like dogs marked their territory with poo
And were thick to boot

Intolerance infects me too
